Can you remember a time when you were filled with simple, wholesome, genuine happy feelings?

Did your feeling just change as that memory showed up? Did you notice? Did you feel lighter, happier, more filled with good feelings? Most do. In fact, for most there is a definite shift at the deep feeling level when remembering good genuinely happy times. A body benefits at the cellular level when focused and feeling wholesome and genuinely happy.

Of course, the same is true for memories that are harsh, bleak, painful, or traumatic. THOSE feelings come back with the memories, too. And they are registered at the cellular level. A body does not benefit when focused into that type of memory.
