Deputy made contact with a named male sitting on the side of the highway.

Sunday, Nov. 29

Domestic disturbance
Guinevan Street
Caller advised that a named male broke into her house and was causing problems with her, then left running towards the highway. Advised that he may have broken her finger.

Disturbance
Empire Street
Caller advised that his mom is highly intoxicated and is fighting with her young son. Officers responded. Caller called back advising that it started up again when officers left. Officers advised that everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Bayard Post Office
Just some kids hanging out.

Caller advised that a dog is constantly barking.

Hurley Police Department

Sunday, Nov. 29

Reckless driver
Highway 180 and North Hurley Road
Officer advised he made contact with pickup but went traffic with a second vehicle. Officer advised a second officer was en route to the area but had negative contact.

Unwanted subject
Nevada Avenue
Caller advised that a named female is causing problems and caller is outside in the cold until law enforcement gets there to take her away. Officer en route to a friend’s house with the female.

Harassment
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that her mother’s ex-boyfriend keeps passing by her house looking for his children. Advised that he followed her to the Family Dollar and cussed her out in front of the store. (The store was highly embarrassed.)

Weapons fired
410 N. Bayard Street
Caller advised that someone just shot through the window. Caller advised that they found a .40 caliber shell and they have it in a cup.
