Friday, Sept. 25

Suspicious vehicle
Cobre Mine Gate
Following the security truck. Deputy advised contact with the vehicle and two subjects in the vehicle on mine property.

Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that a residence with five children has been reported to have unsanitary living conditions and children are not attending school. Deputy made contact with a named female at a different address and kids are in school today except for the baby, they just had unable (sic) to check the home at this time.

Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised they want a CTW issued to a named neighbor who another neighbor advised was on caller’s property.

Game and Fish
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a medium-sized snake is in his home – a fifth-wheel trailer.

Casas Grande Road – Hanover
Caller advised that a female client pocket dialed her and caller could hear screaming and arguing in the background. Advised that it could be the 14-year-old daughter fighting with the client. Deputies made contact and advised that the female client stated that it was her son she was scolding that was heard.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that she and her husband are having a physical fight and he is not letting her leave. Advised that the husband was drinking and four children are in the home.

Saturday, Sept. 26

Welfare check
Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised that her husband called stating an ambulance was needed next door. Deputies made contact and advised to send EMS for a 70-year-old male who fell and may have a concussion.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 152
Caller who is walking towards Santa Clara advised that her father just hit her. Deputy made contact at intersection of Highways 152 and 35/transporting a named female to another address/clear from 152 and bridge to speak with other party/negative contact/we could hear some . . .

Arrowhead Road
Caller advised that her husband who has Parkinson’s disease went outside with a pistol to shoot a deer in the yard. Advised that her husband was coming back into the house and he would be mad if he saw her on the phone. Caller was advised to just put the phone down. Deputy advised everything is OK/clear.

Cliff Fairgrounds
Caller advised that a named male was causing problems with the band. Deputy advised that a New Mexico State Police officer escorted the male out.

Deputy advised that it was one of the employees/clear.

Deputy advised that it was a couple of volunteer guys.

Sunday, Sept. 27

Breaking and entering
Casas Grande Road – Hanover
Caller advised that someone with a gun is trying to get into her vehicle then disconnected the line. Deputy had negative contact with anything or anyone in the area.

Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she received a call from her niece stating that a named male is beating them up. Caller advised that all she knows is that they were having a party. Dispatcher advised negative contact with number caller gave.

W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
Caller advised that a male waved caller down and when caller stopped the male charged him. Deputy advised he has contact with the male in the middle of the highway.

Breaking and entering
Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised that he is housesitting and he noticed a broken window/unknown if anyone is in the home. Deputy advised to clear the air.

Weapons fired
Camino Serna Drive
Deputies out with a black Ford Focus with a broken window.

Spring Creek Road
Caller advised that she is very depressed/her partner killed himself/she is in no shape to drive/doesn’t want to go to the hospital/alert/breathing OK/took 10 mg of diaspan/she is shaking.

Caller advised that she cannot get hold of her sister who suffers from depression.

Highway 15 near Little Cherry Creek Road
Caller advised that about five gunshots were heard. Deputy had negative contact.

Chalcocite Court –Tyrone
Caller advised that he returned home and found his house broken into and it is a mess. Caller was advised to go back to his vehicle and not touch anything.

Caller advised they want to file an endangered missing person report on caller’s sister-in-law. Advised that they know she is in Moriarty.

Deputy advised that it was a couple talking.
