The Grant County Community Investment Fund application window will be open from September 21–December 1.
Beginning this year, all applicants MUST attend a Guidance Session in order to be eligible to receive funding.
The guidance session will provide an overview of the application guidelines and is geared toward organizations that are eligible to apply for funding from the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation Community Investment Fund. This includes:
- Organizations with a current and valid 501c3 designation from the IRS (state-level recognition does not qualify, only federally recognized designations
- Schools and school districts with a current and valid NCES number
- Government & municipal entities
- Universities and colleges
The application for this year’s Community Investment Fund continues to be available in online format through CyberGrants.
Please note that emailed document versions of the application will NOT be accepted. The application deadline is midnight on December 1. We highly encourage you to set-up your organization profile on CyberGrants in advance of the Guidance Session.
Mandatory Guidance Session
Each applicant organization must have a representative at this session.
Wednesday, September 30 2:30 - 3:30pm
The meeting will be provided by WebEx*.
WebEx login to be provided upon registration.
Organizations can access the Guidance Session from their office.In addition, space will be reserved at the Freeport-McMoRan Hurley Training Center for anyone who would like to attend the session in person. In-person capacity is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis
