Next Sunday, September 13th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Silver City, 3845 North Swan Street, there will be an active, participatory service recognizing the Jewish high holidays of Rosh Hashanah (begins Sept. 13) and Yom Kippur (Sept. 22). The ten days between the two are known as a time of charity, so all are encouraged to bring donations of canned/nonperishable goods for the food basket. Please come. There will be coffee and conversation, with light refreshments, after the service.
