Las Cruces: The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office (NMDOT) has posted an alert for Tuesday, August 25, 2015 for US 70, scheduled to be blocked at 10:45 a.m. for approximately one hour. Roadblocks will be set at Blue (two miles east of the WSMR access road, mile marker 172) and Yellow (entrance to White Sands National Monument, mile marker 200). San Augustin Pass and the Las Cruces Gate are not affected. Nike Avenue will be effected.
