Caller advised that eight kids are living in a red or maroon Surburban and are homeless, but caller wants to remain anonymous.

Walk-in advised that some of her mail was found on Leslie Road. Advised that her mail had been opened but nothing was missing. Caller advised that she was concerned that whoever did this now has her bank account number. Deputy advised her to contact her bank.

Fight
Highway 180
Caller advised that one, a named male, is bleeding, and they both got into a vehicle, then they pulled over and started fighting. Advised that they just passed MM 117 and are turning onto Caballero Road.

Caller advised that there is a verbal dispute in Space #15. Deputy advised clear/parties advised to stay away from each other.

Harassment
2nd Street -- Hachita
Caller, who is on the board of directors of the Water Association in Hachita, advised that she received a letter from a named male who is a disgruntled employee and is threatening to ask the FBI to investigate because he feels there is corruption.

Caller advised that a family is living at the Cherry Creek Campground in two SUVs, one black and the other burgundy. Advised there are three children, ages 12, 14, and 15, who are diabetic and their medicine needs to be refrigerated.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Deputy advised that the subjects left.

Caller advised that an older car was driving down the road with no lights and is requesting a frequent patrol for a little bit. Deputy advised contact was made with the vehicle.

Highway 180 – MM 111
Caller advised that a male and a female are inside a yellow Nissan pulled off to the shoulder.

Laguna del Oso – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that her mother was emailing her husband that she was going to kill herself, saying, ”It’s too late, I’m committing suicide. I’m sorry.” Advised that they have called the house phone and she is not answering.

Racetrack Road
Caller advised that someone broke into his parent’s house and caller is in en route. Deputy advised to clear the air for emergency traffic only, then to resume normal traffic.

Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a named male is cutting up a fence line with a backhoe. Advised that the property line is in dispute. NMSP advised their units are busy doing a death notification and report and cannot go to this call.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller, who has been drinking, advised that the granddaughter is throwing a fit but nothing physical. Caller called back and advised to hurry as it is getting worse, but caller is very uncooperative. Deputy advised that everything is OK/parties are separated.

Caller advised that she would like an officer to go speak with her boyfriend who has been drinking. Advised that it is verbal at this time.

Lariat Road – Santa Clara
Caller advised that they heard nine gunshots. Deputies advised that it is fireworks. They can see then going up in the area.

Caller advised that their 37-year-old son is yelling and causing problems, then advised that he is calm now. Deputy advised that everything is okay, the male left prior to arrival.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Burglary
Geronimo Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that someone broke into his house and stole his food. Advised that it was his landlord’s friend. Deputy advised he did a walk-through of the house and it did not appear that caller had any food in the house for a while/the landlord advised that he is in the process of evicting the caller.

Mountain View Road
Caller advised that his 30’ travel trailer is missing from his mother’s property and that a big basket of jewelry is missing from inside the house. Deputy made contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 152 – Hanover
Caller advised that it was between herself and boyfriend and when dispatch asked for her boyfriend’s name she replied, “Never mind,” and hung up. Deputy made contact with the female caller/advised the male is inside the house and is not wanting to come out. Deputy advised to send ambulance for a 43-year-old male who possibly took unknown amount of 800 mg Ibuprofen/negative lights and siren.

Theft of his weed eater.

Caller advised that a male pulled a knife on him and will not let caller get his items from the house. Caller advised that they are trying to hit him. Caller advised that he is highly intoxicated.

Caller advised that she can hear someone shooting their kids with a BB gun. Advised that she can hear the ‘pops’ then the kids screaming then the dad yelling. Deputy advised everything is okay/they were just playing.

Caller advised that their 16-year-old granddaughter has locked herself in her room and is crying. Advised that she is on probation of some kind. Advised caller had her at the hospital earlier. Deputy spoke with granddaughter and advised caller what steps she can take to get..…
